About Us
Established in 1987 by Paul Frizzell, P&D Sealing and Lines underwent a significant shift just four years later when Paul passed the reins to his brother, Philip Frizzell, who remains the owner today. Phil, along with his father, faced the arduous task of estimating driveways door to door after their regular work hours during the early days of the business. Through hard work and dedication, Phil transformed P&D into a thriving business. Today, the tradition continues with Phil’s son, Cody, contributing significantly to the company, solidifying P&D Sealing and Lines as a lasting family business.
